What you need for this project:
Tissue paper
Baking paper
Card stock
Craft glue and brush
Scissors
Stanley knife (optional)

Prepare for student:
Cut template out of card stock
Cut tissue paper into small squares
Cut finished art work out (depending on skill level of student)

Age: 8+ (younger with assistance)
