Wanting to do a Watercolour party for your next celebration?
Mrs Red's watercolour parties, Untangle with Watercolour, is a little different to that paint on canvas event that you may have heard of or even been to. Untangle with Watercolour has been around now since 2013 and derived from a kids art class Mrs Red was teaching, when a parent walked in the room and demanded she do this class too and she wanted wine with it! And the rest is history!
Why is Mrs Red's Paint Parties different?
Untangle with Watercolour is an adults version of a kids art class that Mrs Red was doing one unsuspecting Saturday morning. You will be taught very basic watercolour skills, by Mrs Red, a qualified Art Teacher & Illustrator. You scan a QR code and watch a demonstration of the artwork you are all working on with Mrs Red scanning the room for questions and help. You will be happily pushing watercolour all over the paper, creating mesmerising puddles of colour and feeling like a pro! When dry, Mrs Red will explain how to doodle with black drawing pens as well as providing you with oodles of doodling inspiration. You leave the session with an artwork you will be proud of, enough to frame and put on the wall (true story x 10).
Mrs Red provides all the art materials for these events. Included in the price is the template, doodle inspiration sheets and pen for you to take home and continue on. All art supplies are also available to purchase as well as being able to join the monthly online Untangle with Watercolour art classes over on my Patron page. It's hard to stop at just one artwork, in fact it is the healthiest addiction ever!
Session takes approximately 2 hours and we need flat stable surfaces to work on. Mrs Red can supply table clothes however this is the least messiest art class you can take.
Mrs Red is Gold Coast based and the below prices are for Gold Coast however a travel fee can be applied if you fall outside this area.

Mrs Red comes to your chosen place.
Includes all materials and art equipment, including tablecloths.
Flat stable surfaces, bright lighting, no wind and undercover area required.
Price is based on Gold Coast location however I can give you travel fee price based on your location.
Minimum spend is $500 for 10 people. $50pp onwards.
