Objective: Understanding how to mix new colours with paint. 

Cross Curricular: Mathematics, Science, English

Age: 4-7 (older children can do this but may be too basic for colour matching section).

PDF File includes:
1 page of instructions plus 7 pages of colour wheel and templates of fruit and vegetables that need to be colour matched, once the secondary colours have been mixed. It is important to watch Mrs Red's YouTube video on this project. You will receive a lot of tips on how to colour mix, so you can then teach the kids.

What you need for this project:
Pages from this printout
Cool Red, Cool Blue & Cool Yellow acrylics
Large flat painting brush (size 10)
Palette (or ice cream lid)
Water bucket
Paper towel
