For this fabulous online experience, Mrs Red shows a video and/or does a LIVE demonstration starting with, how to transfer the months template onto watercolour paper. Then showing you how easy and fun painting with watercolours can be and finishing up with explaining the doodling process.
These classes typically take between 90 minutes to 2 hours, before Mrs Red sends you on your way to keep going with the doodling.

What exactly is Untangle with Watercolour?
The original name 'Wine & Untangle' came about in 2013, when Mrs Red was doing Saturday kids classes in Miami, Queensland. One particular Saturday when the kids where doing a watercolour dolphin followed by doodling with black pens, one of the mum's walked in to collect her daughter and sat down, asked me over, with a very serious look on her face. "What have I done", I thought to myself? The mum proceeded to bang both hands down onto the table and said "I want to do this project too, I want wine with it and I'm not leaving without a YES!" And that is how the original name came about! These classes ran for the next 4 years out of Mrs Red's art room. The name has recently changed to Untangle with Watercolour because I am now running a lot of public events with kids aged 12+ who take part. It just works better these days.
So, Untangle with Watercolour is a paint and sip style class. Something that wasn't really a thing yet here in Australia, although big in America. Ten years on, Mrs Red has successfully been able to flip this popular class into an online experience for the world to enjoy! The art room closed its doors in late 2016 and Mrs Red's slowly became on online space. Now in 2023, Mrs Red has successfully launched Untangle with Watercolour again, keeping the same unique experience that everyone had when in person. There are pdf's emailed out prior to class, video demonstrations to watch as you paint. Plus ask as many questions as you need to because it's a live class, Mrs Red is there. Public events are beginning again on the Gold Coast and a special breakout box for these events will be created on this page.

I haven't done any art since school, can I still join?
Can I attend more than once in the month?
Yes! Regardless of which bundle you have purchased, you can attend both or just one.
My friend is coming over and we will share the laptop screen. Do we both have to pay for the class or is there a group package?
So that Mrs Red can help everyone in the online class, please register per person and that way you can share one screen but you can also use your phone as a 2nd camera, so you can show Mrs Red your work as you are going. Mrs Red wants to be able to help everyone, just like we were in the same room together.
Can my children join?
Ages 10-14 can join for free. For ages 10 and under, Mrs Red recommends the paying adult takes the online live class and then does the artwork with the kids at another time.
Can I get a recording of the online class?
Although Mrs Red may record the online classes, they will not be offered out after. Mrs Red may use snippets of the recording for advertising purposes but nobody's face or name will be published without their permission.
